Low Wood Club, has the ideal dining venue to enjoy a post work out meal or drink to build the energy levels back up and just socialise with fellow members.

A varied menu is available with pizza's, salads, freshly made sandwiches and much more to eat as well as a licensed bar, speciality coffees, a range of teas and plenty of soft drink options. Café del lago also provides an excellent summertime alfresco dining experience with a spectacular view over Lake Windermere to the distant Langdale Pikes from the terraced outdoor seating area.

Relaxation

The Low Wood Club also offers guests and members use of the club's outdoor hot tub, easily accessed from the pool side and offering views towards the lake and the farther Langdale Pikes as well as use of the clubs sauna, steam room the indoor spa bath and cold plunge!

Spray tans are also available to add to the relaxing and rejuvenating experience of Low Wood Club or take advantage of the beauty treatments in the beauty salons at a discounted price to members.

Whether you are new to classes or are experienced the content is levelled to all. Visit before work and attend one of our ‘Early Morning Classes’ perhaps you can schedule a visit during the day – classes are timetabled in the morning – maybe you could stay for a couple?

Low Wood Club has a mix of 40 Cardio and Resistance Stations using Star Trac’s family of cardio equipment which continues to set industry benchmarks.

iPod connectivity to provide personalised music, video, USB device-charging station and on-screen controls.

Star Trac coach has over 1 million possible workouts to ensure a different workout every time taking the ordinary treadmill experience to a new level of engagement. Also 15" embedded personal viewing screen with choice of dynamic workout views providing useful information.

Low Wood Club - Leisure Pool

This is your opportunity to enjoy a spacious feature pool which benefits from a high ceiling providing a well lit area day or night.

There is a separate toddlers' pool which is specially designed with shallow steps to encourage the most tentative of swimmers. Alongside this imaginative design is a 50-foot exercise pool area offering a wonderful blend of freedom for both fun-lovers and the serious swimmer.

Aqua Aerobic classes are currently available on Tuesday and Thursday mornings 11 -11.45 am.
